The Ashland Fire Department is a State Certified Continuing Education site and offers a variety of educational EMS classes for adults.

These classes include American Heart Association CPR certification/recertification, First Aid training, and one or two day American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support in conjunction with Samaritan Hospital.

We currently have 12 CPR Instructors, 3 EMS Instructors, and 4 ACLS Instructors. Our Instructors educate over 600 citizens annually in CPR and also train our staff in-house to maintain the highest level of service for the community.
